South Park season 12 episode 4

Episode name: Canada On Strike
The leader of the World Canadian Bureau takes the country into a long painful strike and the boys are charged with the task of resolving the strike. Elsewhere, citizens of Denmark come to the U.S. to cross the picket lines to replace the absent Canadians. Uncertain as to whether they should strike alongside their fellow countrymen, Terrance and Phillip set out to find the truth behind the outrageous cost of the strike.
