i can’t run the game!!!!!!!!!!!!
i’ve installed the game but it won’t play because the message “wrong CD/DVD please insert the original TRU CD/DVD-ROM” keeps coming!!!!!!!!!

why can i not install the game? if i choose autorun and “install”, it doesn´t work….if i choose setup.exe, i should insert the original disc….i have it twice downloaded and none works…thanks thanks thanks:)

i have used WinRAR to exstract the files and now am stuck how to mount/ burn the image? as it wont fit on a disc becasue it is too big. how can i get it to work i am anoyed because it took me 62 hours to download and isnt working. cheers

1. Unrar | use winRAR
2. Burn or mount the image. | Mount using PowerISO or Daemon Tools
3. Install the game. | use Setup.exe!!
4. Copy the content of the Crack dir to your installation folder. | Copy/Paste folder’s contents
>>not<< folder itself.
5. Play the game. | GOGO

interestingly enough there is nothing to mount apparently
at least thats what daemon is telling me. lots of items named “bigfile.001″

hehe i feel stupid for not trying that but still didnt work O_O
ive already extracted the rld-trug files, im left with all the extracted filed , unmountable disk1 disk2 and bigfile disk001 through 003.
thinking the trouble is there the .img and .ccd BUT without being named properly my computer wont predifine and extention for them

trying to extract them just cause’s winrar to shout at me for being a very naughty boy … (“unknown format or dmged”)

this is a rather odd problem really

I’ve tried pasting the crack into the installation file, with the same icon as the crack, is that correct? It just tells me the game is already installed and when I try to play it still says insert disk.

I have no idea what I’m doing, its so frustrating, please help!

The update hasn’t changed anything.
I’ve tried copying the crack and pasting it all over the place, nothing seems to work.
Where does it need to go, is it “setup. TRU installer”?

i cannot install the game, in the autorun dialogue box, when i click install nothing happens, when i try to open the bigfile manually a message says either the data is unrecognizable or corrupted, anyone knows how to get around this?

Well I had the same problem … didn’t mount but extracted and got a handful of bigfiles and was feeling stupid. Shouldhv read this while downloading… If I can install and run the game… I shl let u knw Thanks to everyone !

what does it mean “Burn or mount the image.”?????? Don`t understand this step. Where is the crack??? Which folder – name???? I only understanded that i need to copy it in TR folder. That`s easy… So please…explane me the 2nd and 4th step. Please…………………….. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Had problems with finding out where to copy the contents of the crack folder but figured it out eventually: The default installation folder is C/program files/eidos/tomb raider -underworld.
Copy the contents of the crack folder , ie. the tru.exe file into this folder and hey presto
Now it works like a charm

So..i extracted the first archive rld-trug…and i got all the files: bigfiles,setup,autorun,crack,everything.The problem is that when i try to run the setup it says “Program too big to fit in the memory.” So i tried to run the crack,but it only says: “fmodex.dll is not a valid Windows image”.
I also tried to mount the image in daemon tools but…what should i mount? O_o i tried mounting the setup,the crack,the autorun and even that fmodex.dll file.
Could u guys pls help?I really love Tomb Raider and I’m dying to play Underworld.

if you have …001,..002…003 files open first with winrar and extract
then you will have iso image which need to be mounted with daemon tools, then install

I am having windows 7 .The game installed perfectly I had no issues with crack. While playing the initial video part of house burning was perfect but when it comes playing the tomb raider the game went damn slow…. is it issue of my windows 7 edition..????

Tengo problemas con el Tomb Raider Anniversary, cuando la instalación está a punto de completarse para, y no me deja dar ni cancelar ni atras ni seguir, luego dura un rato se copleta y se instala y me sale un mensaje que dice el disco es el equivocado inserte el original y no me deja darle a la opción que dice léeme y en el Tomb Raider Underworld inserto el DVD 1 y todo es normal y en al DVD 2 cuando se va a completar me sale error de CRC ver fichero o completa pero me vuelve a pedir el DVD 1 y ahí se queda

you need a better video card.

i have been through the above posts numerous times, and i have done EVERYTHING advised but nothing has worked…FOR the love of Tomb raider will somebody PLEASE PLEASE help me…i downloaded the game via torrent, extracted it and then mounted it using daemon tools…i copied the crack and installed it..when i autorun the game and click play, it tells me “wrong disk inserted, please insert the original tombraider-A CD/DVD”…but i have reinstalled the game and copied the crack all the different ways i could and i still get this message…please help me out (could i also please have a reliable link for the torrent download of tomb raider anniversary and underworld?)
